I remember trying to teach this lesson when I was a Gospel & Principles teacher,it was way over my head and also everyone else in that class. I was really disappointed in myself that I could not get a grasp of the concept. But something happened, my Bishop released me from that calling and sent me to Sunday school. My husband & I started to prepare for our personal endowments and sealing.During this time, I was learning and seeing the priesthood in action. I witnessed that power that can be called down from heaven in the form of a priesthood blessing for my husband. He had been bitten by a spider, and they were talking about amputating his leg. My home teacher and Sunday school teacher came in, and prayed for him. It was an awesome experience,I could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. There was a physical manifestation of extreme warmth and a feeling of being wrapped in a blanket of warmth, even the nurse who we invited to pray with us could feel it.<br />I am thankful for it.Ramona Gordyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03897052109437761869noreply@blogger.com
